MADRC has its own arbitration clause which it urges the parties to be incorporated in their existing, pre-existing and forthcoming agreements. The sample arbitration clause is given below. "All disputes or differences whatsoever arising between the parties out of or relating to the construction, meaning or operation or effect of this contract/agreement or breach thereof shall be settled by Arbitration/Conciliation in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation of the Madras Alternate Dispute Resolution Centre and the Award in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the parties."
