FACILITIES

MADRC is the only Centre to provide varied options to conduct arbitration proceedings, facilities are available to conduct in-person, semi-virtual or completely virtual. Our Centre is dedicated to provide excellent infrastructure facilities, state of the art private board rooms, break out meeting spaces and lounges, secure office networking tools, and access to essential office tools. We also have on-the-call admins who are available to take on any queries.

ARBITRATION ROOMS HALF DAY* (3 HOURS) FULL DAY* (6 HOURS)
London (Seats 16 comfortably) Rs. 4000 Rs. 8000
Singapore (Seats 8 comfortably) Rs. 2000 Rs. 4000
Hong Kong (Seats 8 comfortably) Rs. 2000 Rs. 4000

  • Each extra hour will attract additional charge of Rs. 1,000
  • More than Two extra hours, half day rent would be applicable
  • Advance payment of 50% must be received within 5 days of making a booking

Extras:


Extras HALF DAY* (3 HOURS) FULL DAY* (6 HOURS)
Stenographer(prior intimation) Rs. 2000
  • Every extra one hour Rs.250/- will be charged.

  • PRINTING AND STATIONARY CHARGES : RS. 300 FOR HALF DAY / RS. 600 FOR FULL DAY

Cancellations:


  • Made 30 days (or more) prior to the booking date – No charge
  • Made within 30 days of the booking date – Rs. 1,000 for half day will be charged
  • Made within 24 hours of the booking date – Full rental amount will be charged

Refreshments:


  • Coffee/Tea and Snack will be served in Arbitration rooms
  • Snacks and Lunch ordered by you, will be served only in the Pantry
